1The conflicts are settled by decision of the High Court. The court obtains all information, acts and documents that are deemed necessary.
2Notice of the decision is immediately served to the courts in conflict, to the respective prosecution offices, to the defendant and the private parties.
3Conflicts on subject matter competence within the same court are not allowed.
