1Cases which are before the same court and in the same state and instance may be joined, if this does not prejudice the expedition of their settlement:
ain cases provided for by article 79;
bin cases of criminal offences committed by more persons against each other;
cin cases when the evidence of a criminal offence or its circumstance impacts the evidence of another criminal offence or its circumstance.
