Welcome to E-Commentary

Thank you for your interest in our page. The E–Commentary is an initiative designed and developed by the EU-funded project ‘Consolidation of the Justice System in Albania’ (EURALIUS). EURALIUS maintained the E-Commentary portal until handed over to the School of Magistrates on 17/12/2019.

Commented by the best Albanian legal experts, this E-Commentary aims to provide a platform for sharing with other layers, academics, representatives of the governance bodies an understanding and knowledge of the justice reform laws and a basis for collaboration and research for legal professionals.

The E – Commentary is a collaborative and continuing endeavour, starting with the commentaries for a select number of articles, that will be expanded regularly.
