Article 62: Holding the Session
The Constitutional Court, in order to transfer a case to a plenary hearing, shall decide by amajority of its members. In this case, a public plenary hearing shall be held.
The President of the Republic shall be invited to attend the plenary hearing, who can berepresented by a counsellor chosen by him or by the Assembly. The Constitutional Court, as appropriate, may decide to call other persons in the hearing.
The absence of the President of the Republic or of his representative in the plenary hearing, without cause, shall not constitute a reason not to hold the hearing.
