Article 67-a: Requesting Authorities
The Assembly, when being under terms of Article 150 paragraph 2 and Article 177 of theConstitution, or an initiating group of 50 thousand citizens eligible to vote, shall be entitled to request the Constitutional Court to carry out a preliminary verification of the constitutionality of the issue put to referendum.
The Constitutional Court shall decide within 60 days from submission of the request.
