Article 67-b: Case Review
During the preliminary review of the constitutionality of issues put to referendum, theConstitutional Court shall assess the formal and material validity of the issue put to referendum.
The Constitutional Court cannot check the importance of individual issues or the constitutionality of the act that will be subject to referendum.
