Article 31: Revoking or changing measures for securing the lawsuit
On its own initiative or at the request of the parties, when circumstances change, the court may revoke or change the decision for securing the lawsuit.
A request to revoke or change the measures for securing the lawsuit is not accepted for circumstances and facts that have not changed yet. The same condition is also valid for a request submitted again for a security measure previously refused by the court.
