Article 32: Appeal
A special appeal to the higher court may be taken against a decision of the court accepting or refusing a request for securing the lawsuit [or] for the removal, change or substitution of the decision for securing the lawsuit.
An appeal against a decision that permits a security measure does not suspend the execution of the measure. An appeal against a decision by which a security measure is changed, substituted or removed suspends its execution. An appeal against the above decisions does not constitute a reason for suspension of the trial of the case.
