1Save for cases of immediate execution as provided in Article 179 of this Code, the public body may not perform any execution action, expect in implementation of an administrative act, which has become executable according to this Code.
2The execution of administrative acts shall be carried out by the way and means of execution, which ensure execution by causing the minimum possible damage to the rights and legal interest of the subject of execution.
