Article 60: Registration and certification of the submission of requests

1The receipt of the request shall be registered by the public body where it is submitted, according to the chronological order of submission in a special register. The register of requests for the initiation of an administrative proceeding shall contain the following information:

aThe number of the request;

b Date of submission;

cThe object of the request;

çThe number and title of documents attached to the request, and

didentity and address of the applicant.

2If two or more requests arrive with the same postal delivery to the public body, they shall be considered to be submitted to this body at the same time.

3At any case, the person submitting the request shall be issued a certification, which confirms the fact of acceptance of the request, its object, date and list of attached documents, if any. The lodging via certified mail shall be proven by the post document that shall contain the same data.

4With the request of the submitter, in the cases of submission of the request by electronic means or fax, the certification, as provided for by paragraph 3 of this article, shall be sent, without delay, to the same address with the same means the delivery was made.
