1A public organ may seek the administrative assistance of another public organ, for the performance of one or more actions, necessary in the context of an administrative procedure.
2The administrative assistance may be requested if:
afor lawful reasons, the requesting organ is not able to performed such actions by itself;
bthe performance of the actions by the requesting organ is not effective or the cost for their performance is much higher than the other body;
cit is necessary to inspect documents, facts or other means of evidence in the possession of the other organ;
3Unless otherwise provided by law, the public organ may choose the organ it asks assistance from, by making a cost- effectiveness evaluation.
