1The right of the party to be heard may be exercised in any appropriate way and within the deadline determined by the public organ.
2The parties, while exercising their right to be heard, may submit comments, also on the evaluation of administered evidence, the results of the investigation, and on the possible result of the procedure.
3The public body shall take a final decision, only after the time limit set for the party to exercise its right to be heard has expired. The parties’ failure to exercise such right within the set time limit shall not cause the postponement of the issuance of a final decision.
