1The Justice Appointments Council meets whenever necessary.
2The seat of the Council is the High Court of the Republic of Albania.
3The High Court ensures the necessary organizational, administrative and financial support for the performance of functions and duties of the Justice Appointments Council provided for in the Constitution and this law.
