1The Appointments Council is composed of 9 members as follows:
aTwo judges of the Constitutional Court;
bOne judge of the High Court;
cOne prosecutor of the General Prosecution Office;
çTwo judges of the courts of appeal;
dTwo prosecutors of the prosecution offices attached to the courts of appeal;
dhOne judge of administrative courts.
2The members of the Justice Appointments Council shall stay in office for one year from the 1st of January of each calendar year.
3In the event of impossibility or conflict of interest, the members shall be replaced by substitute members.
