1Members of the Justice Appointments Council shall be held disciplinary liable for disciplinary misconducts committed while performing their duties as member of the Council.
2Disciplinary proceedings may be initiated at any time, according to the rules and procedures foreseen in the law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania” and law “On the organisation and functioning of the Constitutional Court in the Republic of Albania”.
