1The Director of the School of Magistrates shall be appointed an Albanian citizen who meets all the following legal requirements:
ahas completed higher education in law, second cycle diploma;
bhas worked as judge or as prosecutor for not less than 10 years or as lawyer with no less than 15 years of work experience;
chas not less than 10 years of teaching experience in the School of Magistrates since being awarded the degree of “Doctor of Science”, or has not less than 5 years of teaching experience in the School of Magistrates since being awarded the title “Professor”, or not less than 15 years of teaching experience in the School of Magistrates as full-time or part-time pedagogue;
çhas not been convicted by a final criminal court decision;
dhave not held political functions in the public administration or leadership positions in political parties during the last 10 years, before putting up his/her candidacy.
