1The bodies competent for the disciplinary investigation and the disciplinary proceedings shall apply to the possible extent and with the necessary changes, the provisions of Chapter V on the Disciplinary Liability, the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
2Decisions of the bodies competent for the investigation, to archive a complaint or to close an investigation may be appealed against before the Administrative Court of the first instance.
3Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee and of the Steering Council may be appealed against before the Administrative Court of First Instance.
4The Steering Council shall establish more detailed rules for implementing the provisions on the investigation and disciplinary proceedings of the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
5Decisions regarding the disciplinary liability shall be included in their personal file.
