1The High Judicial Council shall collaborate with the School of Magistrates for the recruitment of candidate judges in accordance with this Law and the Law “on the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania” and shall appoint judges after graduation from the School of Magistrates.
2The Council shall propose the candidate judges for positions at the High Court to the President of the Republic in accordance with the Constitution and the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
3Criteria for the selection of candidates for members of the High Court shall be specified in the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”
