1Pursuant to the Law “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, the High Judicial Council shall be responsible for the following issues with respect to all judges, except for the judges of the Constitutional Court:
aAppointment;
bAssignment in position;
cTransfer;
çPromotion;
dSecondment and reappointment;
dhethical and professional performance evaluation;
eImposition of disciplinary measures and suspension;
ëAny other tasks assigned by law.
