1The High Judicial Council and the judicial system are funded from the state budget and other lawful resources.
2The annual budget of the High Judicial Council and judicial system is part of the state budget and follows all the procedures of drafting and implementation foreseen in the respective legislation.
3The High Judicial Council is responsible for drafting the annual and mid-term budget in consultation with the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance.
4The High Judicial Council participates in the meeting of the Assembly where the draft budget of the judicial system is discussed.
5The High Judicial Council is responsible for monitoring costs, distributing funds and keeping accurate accounts according to the provisions of the legislation in force on the budget system in the Republic of Albania.
