1If the magistrate has been sentenced by a final court decision for any criminal offence of corruption, the Council shall impose in addition to the dismissal of the magistrate also the reimbursement of the amount equal to the gross salary received during the last year in office.
2The Council, in addition to the measures provided for in paragraph 1, letter “b”, “c” sub-point (i), “ç”, “d” of Article 105 of this Law, may impose one of the following supplementary disciplinary measures:
athe mandatory participation at specific professional training in accordance with Article 113 of this law;
bdemotion from the position of a chairperson.
