1The High Justice Inspector shall establish and administer a case management system on investigation proceedings.

2The system should contain at least the following information:

anames and surnames, addresses of the magistrates under investigation;

bnames and addresses of the complainant, if applicable;

cscope of investigation;

çrelevant data on the course of investigation;

dinformation on the archiving of complaints, closure of investigation or initiation of disciplinary proceedings;

dhinformation on the final decision, on the disciplinary measures;

eother information, as appropriate.

3The High Justice Inspector shall draft detailed provisions on:

athe form and the data administered in the register;

badditional information to be included in the system;

cthe manner of system maintenance;

çthe information of the system open for access to the public and the information accessed only by the magistrate being under investigation;

4The High Justice Inspector shall collect and process the data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
