1The Councils shall, after having the opinion of secondment institutions, establish more detailed rules on the secondment, with the aim of ensuring that the professional experience of the magistrate become available in secondment institutions. These rules set out:
aa maximum duration for any secondment up to five years and different provisions may be made for different cases,
ba maximum number of periods during which a magistrate may be seconded and different provision may be made for different cases, and
cthe recognition of evaluation results in accordance with the provisions in this chapter and rules for adapting the provisions on the ethical and professional performance evaluation to the position as assistant magistrate.
