1The chairperson submits the acts of evaluation of the magistrate to the Council within two months from the day of notification pursuant to Article 85 of this Law.
2Acts of evaluation include:
aSelf-evaluation of the magistrate, two judicial decisions or two acts prepared by the prosecutor per year selected by him/her and any other evidence provided by the magistrate;
bOpinion of the chairperson;
cPotential objections of the magistrate against the opinion of the chairperson and the minutes of the hearing.
