1The Council shall approve the criteria for assigning the rapporteur for each evaluation, being selected from the ranks of the Council.
2The Council shall be supported by its administration in preparing the necessary documentation related to evaluation period. The Council administration shall be responsible for meeting the obligations to the reporting member and shall carry out the activities required for the evaluation under the direction of the reporting member.
3The magistrate will be notified about the reporting member and the respective employee assigned for his evaluation in writing.
