1The chancellor reflects the data, provided in paragraph 2 of Article 63 of this Law, to the Central Staff Registry, within three months upon the entry into force of this Law.
2The chancellor shall, within three weeks, submit to the High Council of Justice the decision of the Court Council in the sense of Article 85 of this Law, the information whether an appeal was lodged within the time frame and the information necessary for the Central Staff Registry in the sense of Article 63 of this Law. The High Judicial Council shall record the status of the respective incumbent employee within the judicial administration, within one week after the final court decision is taken.
3The High Judicial Council shall, within six months after the entry into force of this Law, record the status of the incumbent chancellors, incumbent civil servants of the High Court, incumbent legal advisors and legal assistants and other incumbent employees of the judicial administration.
