1The High Judicial Council is in charge of elaborating and adopting sublegal acts in the sense of this Law, not later than six months after its establishment, unless otherwise provided by this Law.
2The School of Magistrates is in charge of elaborating and adopting sublegal acts in the sense of this Law, not later than three months after the entry into force of this Law, unless otherwise provided by this Law.
3The Council of Ministers is in charge of elaborating and adopting sublegal acts, not later than 6 months after the adoption of this Law, which shall enable the fulfilment of the obligations stipulated in Article 64 of this Law.
4All sublegal acts adopted before the entry into force of this law shall be applicable as long as they are not in conflict with this Law.
