1The minutes, kept in written form, except for the ones kept during trial hearing, after being read, are signed at the bottom of each page by the person who kept them, the person who proceeds and the persons who have participated.
2If any of the participants is not willing or is not able to sign it, a note is made indications also the relevant reason.
