Article 342: Uninterrupted trial

1When the court examination may not terminate in a sole hearing the court decides to continue it the next working day.

2The court may interrupt the court examination, up to fifteen days, only under particular circumstances.

3The postponement and interruption of the court examination are declared by the presiding judge in the hearing. The announcement is equal to notification for the ones who are present or who must deem to be present.

4When due to the lawful reasons, the trial panel changes, the new member must become acquainted with the content of the judicial process, except in cases when he/she requests that the case be examined from the beginning. When more three members of a trial panel consisting of five judges changes, the trial starts from the beginning.
