1When the solution of the criminal case depends on the solution of a civil or administrative dispute for which a trial is being held, the court may decide the suspension of the court examination until the case is resolved by a final decision.
2The decision of the suspension is subject to appeal to the High Court.
3When the administrative or civil trial does not terminate within six months the court may revoke the decision of the suspension even ex officio.
