1The court shall issue a decision of acquittal if:
athe fact does not exist or it is not proved that it exists;
bthe fact does not constitute a criminal offence;
cthe fact is not provided by law as a criminal offence;
çthe criminal offence is committed by a person who cannot be charged or punished;
dit is not proved that the defendant has committed the offence he is accused of;
dhthe act has been committed in presence of a legitimate reason or an exculpatory reason and when there is doubt about their existence.
