1The High Court shall review the cases with the composition as provided in article 14/a of this Code.
2The provisions related to publicity, the rules of the hearing and the right to debate in the first and second instance trial shall also apply to the High Court, to the extent possible.
3The defendant and the private parties are represented by the defence lawyers.
4The President of the Chamber verifies the legitimation of the parties and the correctness of the notifications.
5The assigned judge reports the case. After the pleading of the prosecutor, the defence lawyers and the representatives of the private parties plead. A reply is not permitted.
