1The accusing victim, the civil plaintiff and the civil defendant are entitled to be represented in the proceedings through a legal representative or a representative provided with a power of attorney.
2For all procedural purposes, the address of the accusing victim, of the plaintiff and civil defendant is deemed to be that of his/her representative.
3The representative, in case of impediment and for as long as it lasts, may assign, with the consent of the represented party, a substitute.
