1The court, as the case may be, may accept the civil claim, in whole or in part, or may reject it.
2If a decision of acquittal is issued based on the fact that the act is not provided as a criminal offence or when the criminal case is dismissed, the civil claim is not adjudicated.
3If the civil claim is rejected during the criminal proceedings, it cannot be raised again before the civil court.
