1The Councils shall publish within two weeks the final decisions on the dismissal of magistrates on the official website.
2The Council shall publish extracts of any other final decision in disciplinary matters, which reflect the circumstances of facts, the administered evidence, their proving value and the type of disciplinary misconduct committed referring to these facts. The publication of the extract shall protect personal data and ensure protection of confidentiality. In any case the extract shall not contain any information which could disclose the identity of the magistrate.
